Train Chartering offers private carriages / rail cars in both 1st (First) and 2nd (Standard) Class on UK and mainland European trains, including Eurostar and other high-speed international services.
Groups are escorted by Train Chartering’s stewards who liaise with station staff and train crew. Train Chartering organises meeting and greeting facilities at stations as well as catering, branding, onboard meeting & entertainment options.
In addition, Train Chartering (with its Transport Charter subsidiary) provides rail event planning at destination such as transfers and venues, being in a perfect position to manage the transition between train and final destination.
Private carriages are ideal for smaller groups for which a complete chartered train is inappropriate. We still offer our project and guest management services as well as catering and entertainment.
